Why work at Pinnacle?

Pinnacle Property Lawyers Ltd is a residential conveyancing firm regulated by the Council for Licensed Conveyancers under licence 14497. We act for buyers, sellers and mortgage lenders across England and Wales, from offices in London and Norwich.

Small team, big plans

We’re small enough that everyone’s contribution counts, and we’re expanding, so there’s plenty of room to grow with us.

Remote and hybrid

We offer remote and hybrid working. Each vacancy below sets out where the role is based and how it works.

All walks of life

We want talented people from every background. Whether you come from estate agency, law, sales or somewhere else entirely, we’d like to hear from you.

Sales and Client Support ExecutiveMilton Keynes
  • Location: hybrid, Milton Keynes (MK1), in the office 2 to 3 days a week
  • Hours: full-time
  • Salary: £28,000 to £35,000 a year

Our offer is simple and easy to stand behind: transparent fixed fees, where a purchase is always the same price and a sale is always the same price, with nothing to pay until completion. Almost all of our new business comes from estate agent referrals and word of mouth.

You’ll turn referred quotes into instructions, look after new clients from their first call through to handover to our legal team, and keep referring estate agents updated. You’ll be selling something people already want.

What you’ll do

  • Respond quickly to referred quote requests and send quotes to prospective clients
  • Follow up every quote with a call and convert quotes into instructions
  • Onboard new clients and hand their matters over to the legal team
  • Keep referring estate agents updated so they know their clients are in good hands
  • Keep accurate records in our CRM and case management system
  • Work to weekly and monthly targets and share client and agent feedback with the Sales Director

What you’ll need

  • A working understanding of conveyancing and how a property transaction works. You might be an estate agent who wants a role in a legal setting, or someone from a conveyancing background who wants a client-facing role away from fee earning
  • A confident, friendly and professional phone manner, and happy to be on the phone
  • You enjoy talking to people, building relationships and solving problems
  • Organised, reliable and comfortable using CRMs, case management and other software
  • Able to get to Milton Keynes 2 to 3 days a week

It would help if you have

  • Experience in sales of any kind, sales progression, or client onboarding in property or legal services
  • Existing relationships with estate agents or people in the property or legal space

What we offer

  • Full training from the Sales Director, including call scripts and systems
  • A very strong product to sell
  • Company pension
  • Private medical cover, including a 24/7 GP service
  • Private dental cover
  • Life insurance and death in service cover
  • Health and wellbeing programme
  • Gym membership contribution
  • Employee discount
  • Home working budget for your desk, monitor and chair
  • Professional development (CPD) budget
  • Christmas off
  • The chance to join a new sales team at the start, with routes into account management
